IDV Fields in core details (to assist with Smart Searches)

As suggested to post by @Zoe Coxon

Could we have passport no (with validation for the smart search format - 44 character with 14 x «««««««) / expiry date/country of issue, as well as driving license number as field in the core info.

These could then pull through to the smartsearch IDV searches…
