Group Scheme Staff Linking

At present, in order to link staff members to a scheme, there seems to be many steps.

We have to add the individuals onto Plannr, then we have to add them as staff members within the business and then we have to add the staff members to the policy.

The migration from IO brought across the staff and the link to the employer but did not maintain the type of relationship so these have had to be redone. Is there a work around for this to make it quicker to do?
