We are currently using Form Building to create abridged Fact Finds, additional questions outside of a normal mainstream FF this is because of more emphisie to record soft facts from the client.
For example, Mortgage FF, Equity Release, Pre-Retirement, Taking Pension Benefits, Auto Enrolment etc…
Something that would be handy is to be able include more of the linked fields, such as outgoings for example, this is not possible on forms. It would be handy to be able to edit client’s outgoings and link this in one from, rather than have this in two separate areas.
So our custom Form – Then a mini FF where existing clients can update their circumstances.
Another thing would be the possibility to add a field and include longer prompts that isn’t edited but is there as a reminder of what’s required in note sections for Advisers to ask in front of clients.
