For Joint clients with a shared email address can comms be addressed to both parties?

Clients that are married sometimes will have a joint email address. We have two dummy clients on Plannr that have the same email address. The email was addressed to Good Afternoon! Jordan, instead of Good Afternoon, Tony! when a fact find was sent out. It should have been Tony, will this be looked into? Can all parties of a joint, business or trust record be referenced when emailing, or can we select which party we wish to notify?
