Folder upload

When uploading files, it should be possible to upload an entire folder, complete with nested subfolders and files. This it would massively improve the usefulness of being able to store documents within Plannr.

(A case use would be as follows: I prepare a case by saving all the research files, provider documents, client specific documents etc on my PC. There might be 30 files by the time I'm finished. For my own sanity, I file these in folders on my PC. I would like to be able to upload the whole thing to Plannr, so that I can then subsequently choose to share the case specific files and folders through the portal).
