Filter to remove from export

Some of the exports on the system throw up huge numbers of columns as a 'catchall' for all things that could be pulled - for instance plans export has loads of columns that don't relate to every policy type.

It could be helpful to have a way of excluding certain policy types when doing a plans export to keep the detail in the export relevant to what you're looking at. You can filter to select a single plan type to export but not multiple, so you'd have to run numerous reports just to exclude one plan type of data.
