Hi @Kate Atherton, we have a plan status of Active, Inactive and Proposed. It would be great if you could provide us with the business case for how you would use a filter on Contacts. If the contact was Inactive, wouldn’t the plan also be inactive?

Hi Tracy - I think the issue is more in the reporting. I would have to make the plans inactive when I archive the contact whereas, I would like to just see plans from Active contacts. If I request a Plan report, I will have all active plans, regardless of whether the contact is active or not. I have a work around by putting all of our archived clients in a group which has helped, but I thought I would raise it.
