File upload notifications

It would be a big help if when a client uploads a file the whole team get the notification (adviser, admin, paraplanner). Currently it is just the adviser which for me is not very helpful, as this just means having to message the team separately every time a file is uploaded.

Also, it would be preferable that notifications are not sent when an employee uploads a file - or at least be able to turn this off.
