FF Request - Email using 'Known As' Placeholder & if not available use 'First Name'

A number of clients prefer to be addressed by a Nickname or their Middle Name, that's different name to their legal First Name.

Currently, on the welcome email / FF request, there is coding to use the client's 'First Name' or 'Known As' when addressing them but no an option for **"Either Or". **

So when combined with Automations, if we use the 'Known As' placeholder, and this is left blank on the Contacts, it will just be blank in the welcome email and look unprofessional (Dear….).

It would be great if there could be coding to "use preferred name where available" and "if blank, use Client First Name".
