I have now had at least three clients who have pressed 'Complete' in the Fact Find section and then find themselves unable to correct an error or ommission. This typically happens when we are not available and causes a good deal of frustration. There should be a way that a client can re-enter their Fact Find and make amendments leaving an audit trail of when the amendment was made rather than having to wait until we speak to them maybe a couple of days later.
