Joint clients can’t fill out FF on behalf of each other, even if you send the request to the circle. Health sections etc should all be able to be populated by 1 client on behalf of their partner.
Expenditure asks for individual expenditure when most of couple’s expenditure is joint
Can’t see all Circle’s plans within the FF, only your own
Income,Expenditure, Assets Liabilities should all be able to be labelled up as whether it’s Client 1’s, Client 2’s or Joint
Adding custom expenditure to the Fact Find adds it under “Children and Grandchildren expenses”, no matter where you add it
You can’t change the frequency of expenditure to make it make more sense (like Car Insurance is an annual figure, for example)
The order of the expenditure sections don’t make sense. Why is Children/Grandchildren expenses first, before household expenses?
You should add a button next to each expenditure saying something like “Copy to Retirement Lifestyle” or add another way for client’s to avoid having to rekey everything across the different Lifestyles. Maybe a button at the top of the other Lifestyles that allow you to “import” from the current lifestyle, with checkboxes of what they want to bring over
Fact Finding on behalf of clients is clunky. You have to “send them a request”, but opt out of sending the email, then “view” the request and impersonate the client. There should be a much more intuitive way of an adviser doing a Fact Find for a client that also shows that it was the adviser that completed it, not the client
