Currently there are 3 levels of user permissions, however these need a re-work as all firms work in a slightly different way.
An ideal would be the ability to customise the access levels, e.g. User A can access Clients, Plans & Portal Access, whereas User B can access that PLUS reporting, User C can access all of those PLUS Income Rec.
Current issues include:
Member level has too many restrictions (can’t access forms, adding clients to the portal).
Equally Member level can access some things where they shouldn’t be able to (building automations).
Admin seems too high of an access level (the only thing they can’t access is billing, but have the ability to amend most firm settings) but this is the standard user level due to the restrictions within Member.
Owner is correct - they should be able to access everything, however not all firms want the finance department to have Owner access and simply just want access to billing.
