Embed internal forms in tasks

I would like the ability to embed internal forms in tasks. These form submissions should be linked to the client contacts linked to the task.

This would be useful for employees completing checklists e.g. Annual review checklist or for ensuring linked fields are updated when necessary in a process. This would also reduce processing time for administration teams as they can update linked fields without ever leaving the task view.
