Editable pre-set tables in Document Builder

I have tried inserting a pensions table into a document, but the formatting needs work. The cells are just too small to fit the text inside without wrapping. The table almost fits when the paper is oriented to landscape, but not quite. And that’s with most of the columns empty. I was hoping that if I formatted the placeholder text with a smaller font size, that would translate into the font size for the table as well, but it doesn’t work like that.

Please can you implement a solution for this? I would like the ability to pre-format the output table automatically, possibly even including the omission of certain columns. The alternative is that, once any document with one of these tables is produced, I will have to do manual editing, which isn’t ideal.
