Editable groups within workflows.

I have built workflows and I've built groups of staff for the tasks to be assigned to.
My idea is that within each client I could select the group I want as the administration for that client, currently I can only select individual staff members. Selecting the groups within the client I could select assign the task to admin instead of having to select the group at the bottom. This would allow us to add and remove staff to the group instead of having to manually add the new staff member to every client.
