Editable document templates

It would be useful to be able to edit templated documents before a signature request, either at the point of generating or at employee review stage.

Our service agreement requires a free text box for detailing what service is being provided, and being able to put the specfic fess in £s.

Currently we have to create a template for each individual service agreement we want signed, causing our template folder to be a complete mess.
