Edit multiple plan service charges

Is there a way to align each plan's ongoing service charge, without having to manually click into each entry and add it? Because if we do that, it's around 3 people's work for about 2 weeks with the amount of plans we have.
Is this something that could be achieved through the Nucleus API? Ideally Transact as well, but I know that's wishful thinking.
