Documents of the future

The proposed new document structure and search looks great. It would be another level of useful if we could tag docs to associate them to plans, cases, tasks, notes and also perhaps to add some keywords to the document for search purposes (even better if Ai could pull out those keywords but that would perhaps be a later add on!).
