Document Builder - Make Available All Fact Find and Custom Fields

Feature Request

For some documents we want to add in things like income and employment, as well as info held in custom fields. It would be great if these are surfaced.

    Having check the API I can see that any field can in theory be used with the docs, its just a case of surfacing them in the UI
