Default employees in new conversations

When the client starts a 'new conversation' from the portal, it pulls in the assigned adviser and the assigned administrator. However, we cannot assign a 'group' of staff members as the administrator, so we would like to be able to set the administrators/employees included in the new conversation requests for cases where the administrator may be on holiday.
