Corporate Clients - Searching Staff Members

Is there a way of adding more than 14 staff members to a page?
For example - The filter by name sorts by first name (for the page you are on only). Is there a way to make this alphabetical by surname? It only sorts on the page of 14 staff members that you are viewing.
