Conversations - filter by adviser, client, sort by date, & search

Feature Request

Currently the conversations with clients is a bit of a random, jumbled up mess if I’m honest. It’s difficult to find anything and go back to recent conversations.

Please consider adding features such as filter by adviser conversations, filter by client, sort by date and most recent, and a search option.

Some way of grouping the conversations with the same clients would be great too, rather than the way it currently is.

    I also agree with this idea. We have come from a system that displayed all messages from clients in date order (most recent top of the list) and so was easy to manage. As our main adviser rarely looks at the Conversations it is vital we can manage this in the team and ensure we do not miss or take too long to respond to a message.

    Fully agree with this post. This will become even more vital with the apps as messaging should increase.

    Agreed, we are a couple of months away from a full roll out on our portal and the messy chats worry me a bit.

    I would love for internal @’s or even all internal messages to be kept in a separate button at the top to avoid missing client messages.
