Contact form on website

I've been playing with the form builder and have a few queries.

• how can we ensure the styling is consistent with our website? (including the submit button)
• is there anyway we can remove the '1. Contact Form' that appears under the heading that is already on the web page?
• is there a way of including a reCAPTCHA type feature?
• once the contact automatically feeds through into Plannr, is there a way of creating a notification for this?
• also is there a way of auto-filling the date the prospect was added to the system?
