Contact entities - Introducer Firm and Introducer

Rename Introducer contact type to Introducer Firm. Create a new contact type called Introducer to capture the individual person's details who introduced the business.

You should be able to link an unlimited number of Introducer contacts to Introducer Firm contacts.

All fee sharing etc to remain at the firm level as is current functionality.

Introducer should be able to be linked in the lead source section of the client contact record.

This is important functionality in order to track which introducers are generating most business for us as a firm. It also provides a place to hold static data of specific individuals at introducer firms.
