Would it be possible to add a sub-heading somewhere both within plans and clients where we can log the details of any complaints made by ourselves on behalf of clients, and possible also complaints made by the clients against advisers? We are currently running a separate complaints register, but it would make sense for this to be incorporated onto the Plannr system so that we can run reports showing complaints over periods of time.
