Company-wide defaults for Login permissions

Creating new logins requires eight Yes/No answers for every login that is created. In all but the rarest situations, I want the same permissions for every client. Please can I set up the defaults I want to use, and only have to edit it for the rare exceptions?

I note also that "Delete" access defaults to "No", which intuitively feels safest, but it does mean that clients cannot delete data that they enter incorrectly during the Factfind process, which could be frustrating for them. Is a more nuanced permission model advisable?
