Client Portal - tasks assigned with ability to upload for each task

For the Client Portal, it would be very useful if the clients were able to upload documents against each task. At the moment, the clients can only leave a comment or ‘Mark as complete’, whilst the actual uploading documents part is a few extra clicks away to navigate to the right screen.

This should feel more joined up.
