We have recently become aware of being able to add ourselves as a login to access the client portal which is very useful. However I have noticed that if we 'account switch' in to the client portal then when we come back to the adviser site it shows as the client having recently viewed the portal when in fact it was us account switching in. This can foresee this causing problems down the line and would be better if the 'recent activity' audit trail shows the users name rather than client name when account switching.
