We’ve hit a gap with joint Fact Finds in Circle automations.
Our Forward Planning automation runs on the couple’s Circle, so we expected the Fact Find step to create one linked, split screen session for both partners. Instead, the automation runs once per Circle member and creates two separate Fact Find sessions, meaning neither partner can see the other’s answers.
We’d love to see:
Circle aware automation actions, for example “Request Fact Find on Circle” to create one joint session.
API or automation support for triggering a joint Fact Find programmatically, particularly as the v2 API appears to already support
circle_uuid.Template validation, with a warning where expected tokens, such as month, are missing from case name templates.
We automate heavily against the Plannr API and would happily beta test Circle aware automation functionality.
