Is there any way to change the standard text that is sent with a fact find request? At the moment I am having to manually amend it every time, as the default text isn’t appropriate. This is costing a lot of time, and means I need to have a separate document of my standard wording to copy/paste from whenever I send a factfind (many times per week).
I’d also like to be able to customise the email subject line for these requests, ideally configuring it once, globally, but being able to personalise it on a case-by-case basis.
