Change to the formatting of Plannr emails to clients

The email communication reads as Good Afternoon! Lou,
Are we able to change this to either just Good Afternoon! Or Good Afternoon, Lou!

The grammar looks odd.

Also the Plannr logo is visible at the foot of the email - we would like our firm branding on every communication from the portal, and wouldn't expect to see any reference to Plannr on emails to clients.
