Change the wording on the "Do Not" contact options

Hoping we're not the only ones getting confused/irritated by the wording of the contact prefs toggles. Saying "Do Not Email - True" seems like an unnecessarily convoluted and double-negative laden way of phrasing the options.

Could these potentially be re-worded, or perhaps changed entirely? I'm thinking something simple like checkboxes - tick the ways they want to be contacted?
