Change scrolling and page numbers on income rec

When using income rec, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to be able to change page numbers and be able to use the side scroller.

Can we make it possible for the page numbers to show at the top of the tables and is there a way to move the scroller to stop having to scroll all the way to the bottom? If you have 250 page size, you have to scroll right down to the bottom to move the side scroller and then go back to whatever fee you were looking at
