Cases export report

Feature Request

Is it possible to include in the report another column to capture the stage the Case is at based on the current Task heading? Will make it quick to easily identify from the report at what stage a Case is at, rather than viewing each individually.

    i think if a case report could say what task with a review workflow was active/due, we could understand at what stage a review case is at.

    we need to report to the board reviews due, outstanding and for the next month which is hard to do using the current reporting.

    Hi @Jacky Castle-Mason the Cases export provides the ‘Case Status’ i.e. In progress etc are you referring to tasks that are under the Case and what status the task is at?
    If so, where there are multiple tasks under a Case which status would you expect to see?

      Hi Tracy

      I’m hoping you can include the current outstanding task, as that will then provide information – at a glance within the report – as to what point the Case is at, rather than just showing its Status as “In Progress”.
