I love automation and efficiency, which to me means having some process wizards to cut out manual work and propensity for human error.
Let’s take a pension transfer for example and look at the work required by a user in Plannr.
- Create client
- Create case
- Create ceding scheme plan (or many of them!) to hold ceding scheme plan details
- Go through advice process with client to execute pension transfer
- Create receiving scheme plan (or multiples of)
- Create NBE for each transfer - I can’t see a way to include multiple ceding schemes in a single NBE to a single receiving scheme
- Create a transaction against the ceding scheme to transfer out the value
- Mark the ceding scheme as inactive with ‘transferred’ as the reason
- Create a transaction in the receiving scheme to transfer in the value
- Create a charge against the receiving scheme for the ongoing
You get the picture.
What I would love to see is a wizard(s). So rather than an automation blueprint kicking off a workflow listing all the tasks above, a wizard would instead walk through a business submission in a controlled manned which commit all of the above actions in both ceding and receiving schemes without any further manual intervention.
It's important to control compliance process, so I’d like to see the wizard including a configurable submission/approval mechanism too.
The point being to use a Wizra dot bring the Plannr modules together in a coherent way
