Bulk historic income statements

It would be useful to be able to do a bulk upload of historic client remuneration prior to the start of income reconcilliation on plannr, thus holding the full remuneration record for the client as part of migration. Alongside, it would be helpful to define when income reconciliation within plannr is to start, and to thus ignore previous months.
