The ‘add contacts’ when assigning items to contact records across the system isn’t very user friendly. Would like multi-select where you’re adding a few contacts with the same surname, for example, rather than having to retype the first few letters of their surname each time to bring up the list again.
When adding from a circle, it brings up every circle you have created which is a huge list with a long loading time, would like to search for the circle name instead.
When adding employees to a task, would like to just be able to add a department which will add all employees within that department, save searching an adding for all the team members.
