Whilst its great that you can filter cases by status, it would be better still if columns which were empty as a result of the filtering were removed from the view. (I am aware that that would break the functionality of being able to drag cases from one "status" to another, but I think that's a price worth paying for a simplified view of things).
Furthermore, it would be even better if there were a way of savings views of the cases dashboard. For example, I frequently want to see a view cases which are in progress but ignore my "advice idea" and "closed" columns. I also frequently want to view just my "Conduct review" cases. It's annoying to have to filter these afresh each time.
Finally, it would be good if I, as the business owner, could filter the cases by employee, so I could get a view of what colleagues are up to, from a management perspective.
