Being able to edit conversations
Once a conversation is sent on Plannr to a client, it is impossible to edit the text without deleting the whole conversation and starting again. It would be really handy if there was an option to edit the message once it has been sent!

I would add to this with rich text formatting in conversations. I sometimes copy and paste info into a conversation which looks fine until you press send and it removes all the nice formatting to look horrible in the message to the client (and no option to go back and amend!!)
