Can we look to update the triggers for an automations and look at potential integrations.
For instance adding “Case Review Date” as a trigger would enable us to have an SMS automation reminding clients of their meetings.
Or having an integration into outlook, calendly or microsoft bookings that sends an SMS or Email ahead of a scheduled event.
