I end up writing a set of manual Conversations every time I introduce a new client to their portal. I typically send 2 or 3 Conversations, explaining the benefit of using Conversations for secure communication, explaining the Doc Upload facility, and explaining the Actions / Tasks functionality.
I know I can automate the creation of a Document to explain this, but I believe doing it in this way is much more interactive and is a better client experience, since they are immediately involved in utilising the Portal functionalities.
Can we add a Conversation block to the Automation engine please, so the adviser can trigger pre-set Conversations to a Client / Circle when needed?
