If an automation is set to run on a specific date, say yearly and it runs. The date does not update after the automation runs. This thus requires going into every client to update the dates in the field to the following year, month etc. If the automation is set to run, say yearly, part of the automation flow/blue print should have an option to add update date/year, so it is automatically set to run on the date the following year
