Auto-populate Plan Premium Transaction from New Business Event

To be able to auto-populate the premium transaction under the plan from the linked New Business Event.

For example, £20,000 ISA initial or increment New Business Event will automatically show under the linked ISA plan as premium/contribution transaction to save duplication having to rekey it as a transaction.
