It would be beneficial to have the ability to archive workflows rather than having to delete them when they are replaced by newer versions.
In many cases, a workflow may still have active cases progressing through it, while a revised workflow has been created for future use. Deleting the old workflow is not a viable option, as it could impact existing work that is already in progress.
An Archive Workflow feature would allow firms to:
Retain workflows that are currently being used by active cases.
Prevent obsolete workflows from being selected for new cases.
Maintain a cleaner and more organised workflow library.
Introduce updated workflows without disrupting existing processes.
This enhancement would provide greater flexibility when managing workflow updates and ensure continuity for cases already underway.
