Annual Review Log/Tab

I would like to have a Review tab down the side under the Dashboard button. In here I would like to see an overview of outstanding reviews, and upcoming reviews. I know we can produce a ‘report’ which would provide this information however I have previously had this functionality and found it really useful based on the volume I had to do. By seeing overdue daily I can ensure reviews aren’t forgotten or can alter the team if I know that review has been done but not moved on to next year. Having a live ‘upcoming review list’ with filters to decide how far in front I want to look is useful to stay proactively on top of reviews. Basically it’s just very handy to have such information in front of you at the click of a button.
