Additional contact types

Can you please add additional contact type(s)? Not everyone is a client, prospect, employee, or introducer.

Perhaps a catch-all of 'External' would allow contact records for providers, suppliers, compliance, accountant (not an introducer) with the use of tags and/or groups to classify the external contact type.

This would be very useful means of ensuring the capture of information pertinent to the whole business.
