Add the "Breadcrumb" view to the cases

The menu which appears on the top left of the screen when viewing a clients plan allows us to seamlessly move back to the client's record doesn't exist under cases. Instead, if we want to move back to the client record from the case we need to click the client’s name where it appears under the case dashboard.

It would be more user friendly for cases to work in the same way as plans for navigation.
