Im aware theres an option to assign an automation to a client’s next annual review date to trigger an annual review blueprint.
However, for our Mortgage team, they contact clients 3 months before the current mortgages fixed rate is due to end. they input this date in the plans “review date” section. It would be good to have a option added to the automation selection, so that we can create an automated trigger to start a workflow based on the review date of the plan. It would be one much alike to the IFA annual review process and trigger a case & workflow.
The mortgage team are not able to use the client level “next review date” for this, as there are many clients who have multiple mortgages with different expiry dates.
if this cannot be done, any help in a workaround would be greatly appreciated.
