Add facility to scan documents directly into Plannr without saving to PC first

We are very new to Plannr and I have been looking how to scan files directly to a client record, however Plannr technologies have just informed me this is not currently possible, and they are not aware that it is currently in development.

I know it is possible with other CRM systems, and it saves so much time being able to scan directly (via a plugin) rather than having to open a seperate scanning programme, saving the document to PC, then uploading it to the CRM system.

This would be a very useful facility - Please support!

    Hi @Rob Gray it would be great if you could advise which other CRM systems are doing this and do you know how they are doing thanks.

      Hi @Tracy Holdt many thanks for showing an interest in this, we used Intelligent Office / Intelliflo Office since 2016 and its has always been possible to scan directly into the document storage area, it saves so much time, really would be helpful if Plannr did that, below is screenshot, you just give it a file name, select scan, and it automatically starts the scanner and creates a PDF document….
