Add a "Passport expiry date" or "Driving Licence expiry date" in the personal details

There is already a passport number section and date sanctions were checked. However, In order to have a fully pre-programmed “ID Expiry” automation, if we can input the date the ID originally obtained expires, then the automation can be linked to that date and request new ID without any manual checks being required.

The current default ID Expiry automation is based on it being manually triggered.
